The postpartum period is one of the most physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding periods in a lifetime, yet most mothers are discharged home with no support other than a 6-week checkup leaving enormous gaps in care.
The Postpartum Prep Program is a 4-week, evidence-based program designed to bridge that gap.
Led by a licensed Occupational Therapist/IBCLC and a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, this program provides practical guidance to help you physically recover, feed your baby, confidently manage routines and navigate the emotional shift of early motherhood with confidence.
