The Problem

Most parents leave pregnancy with a birth plan… but no real plan for what comes next. Feeding struggles, physical recovery, sleep deprivation, and conflicting advice can make early postpartum feel overwhelming and isolating.

Traditional care often ends right when you need it most.

The Solution

Practically Prepped was built to extend that care, bringing together multiple specialties into one cohesive, accessible space. No more piecing together advice or wondering what applies to you.

This is accessible support that meets you where you are.
